Responsibilities

• Supervise collections activities across multiple lines of business (commercial, residential, roll-off, container delivery and pickup).
• Oversee drivers and helpers and coordinate with Operations Manager and General Manager on initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to accident prevention programs and safety standards.
• Drive Safety, Customer Experience, and Efficiency while promoting employee engagement.
• Manage a maintenance shop under Maintenance Manager oversight.
• Lead a technician team in preventive maintenance and repairs for fleet equipment.
