Firstbank is seeking an administrative support professional to assist the special asset team in daily data entry and file management in Lexington, TN. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years in an administrative support role preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Familiarity with collections processes or financial systems a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist bankruptcy team with filings and gathering documentation for external entities such as outside counsel, posting payments and uploading documents into database as well as assisting with notices and bankruptcy requests.
  • Assist the foreclosure and repossession process by tracking legal correspondence and uploading documentation to files.
  • Ensure borrower and other individuals receive time sensitive correspondence such as default letters, loss mitigation letters and packages; track and scan all outside communications with clients, attorneys and other parties to loan as part of the consumer collection process.
  • Assist the Consumer Collection team in tracking outbound calls to borrowers to document the collection effort.
  • Assist the special asset team on special projects or general department tasks.

Summary:
