Job summary

The Oklahoma Tax Commission is seeking a Collections Supervisor to lead and develop teams responsible for collections, compliance, and taxpayer account resolution. You will drive operational effectiveness, coach staff, and manage garnishments and enforcement activities in a high-volume environment.

You will oversee daily operations, monitor metrics, and collaborate with leadership and external agencies to support revenue recovery initiatives and compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to one or more Collections Division sections and align operations with agency goals
• Oversee daily collections, compliance operations, and performance metrics to meet division goals
• Oversee specialized collection, compliance, enforcement, or operations functions as needed
• Monitor Outside Collection Agencies (OCAs), vendor performance, and related reporting
• Lead process improvement, training, and staff development to improve efficiency
• Prepare reports and updates on section performance, workload trends, and recovery efforts
