Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business-related fields preferred
  • 2 years supervisory or leadership experience
  • Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check

Responsibilities

  • Review: Track collection goals and daily performance to ensure workflows are managed consistently, timely, and in compliance
  • Collaborate: Work with internal departments to resolve escalated customer account issues and identify solutions that support NFM and the customer
  • Support: Assist regularly in the staff queue line to promote timely customer response and identify workflow or resource needs within the department
  • Guide: Act as a department resource for special programs, account exceptions, and system or process updates related to collections work
  • Manage: Lead assigned projects that resolve account exceptions and data cleanup needs through personal follow-through or team delegation
  • Oversee: Direct assigned special programs to ensure activities, account exceptions, and cleanup efforts are completed accurately and aligned with department goals

As NFM’s Collections Supervisor, you’ll lead daily post-collection and collections activities while supporting a team focused on recovering outstanding balances, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving consistent results. You’ll help ensure compliance, monitor performance, coach team members, and resolve escalated account issues with practical, customer-focused solutions.
