Regional Finance is seeking a Supervisor of Centralized Collections to lead and develop a voting centralized team in Greenville, SC. The role focuses on driving performance, audits, and process improvements while coordinating with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, 3+ years in collections, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position requires supervising staff, meeting metrics, and maintaining high integrity

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a leadership/management role.
• 3+ years in collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop staff in Centralized Collections.
• Monitor departmental metrics and ensure performance standards.
• Recommend and implement process improvements as needed.
• Work with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Conduct account audits and communicate results to the team.
• Facilitate escalation resolutions with Regional customers and team members.
• Resolve employee issues when necessary.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure proper coverage.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

The Supervisor of Centralized Collections is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a collections team in the Centralized Collections Department.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Train and develop staff members of the Centralized Collections team
• Monitor departmental metrics to ensure performance standards are met
• Recommend and implement process improvements when needed
• Work with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives
• Conduct account audits and communicate results to team members
• Facilitate escalation resolutions with Regional customers and team members
• Resolve employee issues where necessary
• Facilitate scheduling to ensure proper coverage
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience required in Leadership/Management role
• 3+ years previous Collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must pass pre-employment screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in consumer finance industry.
