The Ohio Attorney General's Office is seeking a Collections Supervisor to lead the Collections Enforcement Section. This hybrid role will oversee scheduling, staff supervision, and performance oversight while coordinating with ITS on tool issues, and ensuring high‑quality customer service.

The office consists of nearly 30 distinct sections that advocate for consumers and victims of crime, assist the criminal justice community, provide legal counsel for state offices and agencies, and enforce certain state laws. In these and other capacities, staff members interact with tens of thousands of Ohioans each year.
The Ohio Attorney General's Office is currently seeking candidates with a passion for public service to fill a Collections Supervisor position in our Collections Enforcement Section. This position will work a hybrid in-person/remote schedule. There may be changes to this schedule based on training and operational needs. The position will be headquartered at 30 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio.

Completion of Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or related area or equivalent work experience;
P revious supervisory or Team Lead experience;
Proficient with Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Previous experience in a call center environment;
Previous experience with reporting;
Previous experience in a collections or legal environment.
