Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation and records for the permanent collection.
• Research works of art, provenance, and collection history.
• Conduct inventories, location checks, and condition assessments.
• Monitor on-campus and off-site storage.
• Coordinate with Registrar, Director, and conservators.
• Assist with handling, movement, packing, and installation of works of art.
• Support preventive conservation and archival storage practices.
• Assist with exhibitions, loans, and research activities.
• Maintain and update database records.
• Train and supervise student workers and interns.
• Collaborate with museum staff on projects and other duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
