Job summary

Fireside in Sumner, WA, is hiring for a full-time, in-office Accounts Payable/Receivable and Collections role. You will manage past-due accounts, prepare collections reports, and process a high volume of transactions while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; basic finance/accounting knowledge helpful.
• Experience with AP/AR and collections preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; strong numerical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding past-due accounts.
• Notify debtors of balances via phone, email and/or mail.
• Prepare and analyze collection reports and processes.
• Enter a high volume of transactions monthly.
• Maintain account records and aging; apply credits/collections.
• Adhere to deadlines to complete billing.
• Support other accounting and finance team members.
