Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to support collections efforts and communicate with customers and internal teams. The role involves reviewing monthly AR, targeting past-due invoices, and sending collection letters.

You will assist leadership with inbound/outbound communications and prepare external mail. A strong command of Microsoft Office and multitasking is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of related experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in business-to-business collections preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist team members and leaders in collection efforts.
• Review monthly accounts receivable, target past due invoices.
• Provide outbound communications via calls, faxes, and letters to customers.
• Support leadership with inbound communications as needed.
• Prepare and send external mail from Collections staff.
• Manage group email communications as assigned.
• Handle multiple tasks with moderate complexity.
