We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who’s walked the walk—someone who’s lived in the world of collections and knows what it takes to drive results. If you’ve led collection teams or worked with clients to improve recovery rates, we want to talk.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard new customers and help them adopt our digital collection tools
  • Consult clients on how to improve collections using omni-channel strategies and automation
  • Act as the go-to person for customer relationships—solving issues, offering insights, and driving ROI
  • Train collectors and managers on best practices for using our platform
  • Collaborate with our product and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in debt collection—preferably as a Collection Manager, Client Liaison, or Ops Leader
  • Strong understanding of compliance (FDCPA, TCPA), outbound campaigns, and recovery metrics
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in SaaS tools and digital collections
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bonus: Experience using or supporting SaaS software
