Aston Carter is seeking a Collections Specialist in Neenah, WI to support accounts receivable by contacting customers about past-due balances, documenting activities, and delivering professional service to internal and external stakeholders. This contract role is office-based, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, onsite in Neenah.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of customer service, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel.
The Collections Specialist plays a key role in supporting accounts receivable activities and maintaining healthy customer account balances. In this position, you contact customers about past-due accounts, document all collection activities, respond to account inquiries, and deliver professional, customer-focused service to both internal and external stakeholders.
This is an office-based position in a standard professional environment, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You will frequently use computers and business software throughout the workday and work in a collaborative team setting with regular interaction across multiple departments.
This is a Contract position based out of Neenah, WI.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
