Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in library science (ALA-accredited) or expects to complete in first year of employment.
• Two years experience in metadata/cataloging and electronic resources.
• Experience managing professional staff or projects.
• Commitment to undergraduate education and student engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain current, diverse collections across formats and manage acquisitions/metadata/cataloging.
• Oversee interlibrary loan operations and supervise staff involved in collections services.
• Manage collections budget and coordinate with the Library leadership on resource allocation.
• Support library systems initiatives (Alma/Primo VE) and collaborate with other librarians.
• Serve as liaison to consortia and advance scholarly communication within the college.
