Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services is seeking a Collections & Remarketing Business Analyst to support reporting, analytics, BI development, and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that monitor portfolio performance, operational effectiveness, customer experience, and vendor performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights and governance.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of overall work experience.
• Preferred experience includes: Collections, Remarketing, Auto Finance, Report Creation & Analysis, Enterprise Environments.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to collect data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Proficient PC skills with Corporate Mainframe environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, visualizations, forecasts, and analytical solutions.
• Provide trend analysis, forecasting, benchmarking, and root-cause analysis to support business decisions.
• Gather and translate business requirements into reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
• Support data governance, data quality, and documentation for reporting assets.
