Job summary

Matura Farrington is partnering with a leading global law firm in Los Angeles/Orange County to recruit a Collections Manager. This role oversees a 10+ person team, managing a high-volume global AR portfolio and working directly with attorneys and clients on complex receivables.

The position is non-exempt with overtime potential. After training, one day per week in the office. Strong Excel, AR, and billing experience are essential; Elite 3E or Aderant familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of collections experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred, although a strong candidate ready to take the next step into leadership may be considered.
• Candidates with a combination of Collections, AR, and Billing experience are welcome, provided they are interested in focusing on Collections.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with attorneys and clients.
• Elite 3E experience strongly preferred; Aderant experience may also be considered.

A leading global litigation firm is seeking an experienced Collections Manager to lead a high-performing collections team and help drive firmwide cash revenue goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced law firm finance professional ready to step into a significant leadership role with 10+ direct reports and exposure to a large, global AR portfolio. The role is based in LA; however, it is largely remote.

Compensation & Schedule

This is a non-exempt position with significant overtime potential. With base compensation, overtime, and bonus, total annual earnings are expected to reach the mid-to-high six figures.

After the initial training period, the position requires just one day per week in the office.
