Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is seeking a detail‑oriented Collection Support Specialist to locate consumers and verify addresses, employment, and assets to support our nationwide collection and litigation efforts. The role requires researching credit reports, public records, and internal notes, with clear documentation to ensure FDCPA compliance.
The base hourly rate is $17.00–$18.00. This is a full‑time, benefits‑eligible position.

The Collection Support team is responsible for locating consumers and identifying verifiable assets to support the firm’s collection and legal processes. This role conducts detailed research using credit reports, online databases, public records, and internal file notes to confirm addresses, employment, property ownership, bank information, and other attachable assets. All findings must be documented clearly and accurately in the company’s system to ensure compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). The base hourly rate for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience.
