TITLE: Collection Strategist – Senior

LOCATION:Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C.

OVERVIEW

Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally qualified candidate to serve as a Collection Strategist at the Senior-level working at the DIAC on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. The Collection Strategist a pplies expertise in intelligence collection systems and processes to develop full-scope collection strategies utilizing all DoD and National Technical Means (NTM) capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports planning for DoD, DIA, and Combatant Command (CCMD) CI and HUMINT programs and mission activities.
• Assesses, manages, and integrates information to guide strategic, operational, contingency, crisis, and exercise planning.
• Provides recommendations on CI and HUMINT integration into broader planning efforts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active TS/SCI security clearance. Must be willing to take a CI polygraph, if required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience. 12 years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree.
• Graduate of an in-residence DoD / IC collection management course.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of DoD/IC collection platforms, sensors, and systems.
• Understands Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) processes and planning tools.
• Fully knowledgeable in Collection Operational Tasking and Reporting systems, policy frameworks, oversight requirements, and tasking authorities—including those related to HUMINT.
