Job summary

WasteFree in Frisco, TX is seeking team members for evening trash collection. You must own a pickup truck and have a valid driver’s license with insurance. Earn $20 per hour with shifts 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM Sunday to Thursday, with bonuses and growth opportunities.

You will document dumpster conditions, collect waste, and report issues to management. The role offers hands-on training, mostly autonomous work, and a chance to advance within a supportive development program.

Qualifications

• Own a pickup truck and use it for trash collection.
• Valid state driver's license and auto insurance.
• Smartphone with data plan.
• Currently employed full-time.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Punctual, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Document dumpster/compactor condition using our Service App.
• Collect household trash and recycling from residential units within assigned communities.
• Document violations and unit numbers with photos and Work Log submissions.
• Track and report issues to district manager.

Requirements

• Own a pick-up truck and be willing to utilize it for trash collection
• Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Have a smartphone with a data plan
• Currently employed full-time
• Willingness to learn, receptive to coaching, and ability to follow instructions
• Punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in all weather conditionsPhysical capability to lift up to 50lbs, navigate stairs, and walk distances
• Positive attitude is a must

Responsibilities

• Upon arrival, document the condition of dumpsters/compactors using our Service App
• Collect household trash and recycling from residential units within assigned multi-family communities
• Document violations and unit numbers by taking photos and submitting them with your Work Log at the end of each shift
• Track and report any issues or concern to your district manager
