Job summary

Firstsource Solutions is seeking a Collection Representative in Thousand Oaks, CA for an in-office, full-time role. You will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and document account activity with accuracy.

The position offers $18.00-$20.00 per hour plus a monthly performance bonus, a stable Monday–Friday schedule, and no weekend work. Training is provided to support ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, or call center is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound collection calls professionally.
• Negotiate payment arrangements while adhering to all regulations and client requirements.
• Manage an active portfolio of 250+ accounts and work toward monthly goals.
• Document account activity and maintain detailed records in collection systems.
• Verify and update account information using approved data sources.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to support development.

• Accurately document account activity and maintain detailed records within collection systems.
• Research, verify, and update account information using approved data sources.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings to support professional development and success.
