Collection Account Representative - Full Time

Have the freedom to work a full-time (40 hours) or part-time schedule (20-29 hours). Our operating hours are Monday through Friday only from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. No late nights or weekends!

We are centrally located in Brea with close access from the 55, 57 & 91 freeways.

Role

• Primarily making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from patients and/or responsible parties
• Troubleshoot situations and overcome objections to payment utilizing customer service and negotiation skills. This includes addressing questions and concerns about balances owed to our clients.
• Follow company policies and all applicable laws regarding collections and healthcare.
