Job summary

Strata Information Group (SIG) seeks a versatile Colleague ERP Technical Consultant to support, enhance, migrate, and integrate Ellucian Colleague ERP systems for our higher‑ed clients. This role blends programming and system administration, offering two specialization paths and hands‑on collaboration with campus partners.

You will configure solutions, provide ongoing technical support, manage project timelines, and ensure solutions align with customers’ business processes.

Qualifications

• Ellucian Colleague knowledge to configure, extend, and integrate system capabilities effectively.
• Experience with system administration, backups, updates, and release installations.
• Experience with Ellucian Self-Service, Envision, Workflow, ELF programming, and Colleague Studio.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and Configuration: Collaborate with and assist clients with implementing Colleague software suite and connected applications.
• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure that solutions align with their business processes.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for the Ellucian Colleague system, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Project Management: Manage multiple project timelines and deliverables, setting priorities and ensuring milestones are met.
• Troubleshoot: Offer innovative solutions to clients’ technical requests on their Colleague software suite.
