Qualifications

• 12 years experience in organizational development, human resources, or learning and development.
• 10 years banking experience in a professional setting.
• 7 years mortgage experience in a banking environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align people, structure, and systems with the division's transformation roadmap.
• Drive strategy execution and embed change and readiness planning.
• Design onboarding programs and scalable learning curricula.
• Lead leadership development and competency frameworks.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent, and Communications to deliver programs.
• Develop colleague experience strategy tied to growth milestones.
