Job summary

Obra-Capital,-Inc. is seeking a Collateral Manager to oversee end-to-end titling processes and collateral operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. You will lead staff, audit collateral records, and report statuses to management and lending partners.

The role requires 5+ years in collateral titling, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office, with a focus on documentation accuracy and cross-functional collaboration with dealerships and banks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership/management experience.
• 5+ years of collateral titling experience.
• Thorough knowledge of state title regulations and operational requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end titling process including submissions, corrections, liens, and releases.
• Lead collateral operations, tracking and reconciling collateral from dealerships and banking partners.
• Supervise collateral staff with workflow direction and performance oversight.
• Conduct audits and reconciliations of collateral on hand; resolve discrepancies with partners.
• Prepare and deliver regular collateral status reports to management and lending partners.
• Ensure timely return or retrieval of collateral from financial institutions and dealerships; uphold compliance.
