Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union Marlborough, MA is seeking a Loan Services Assistant to process workflow for the Loan Services Department and assist members and staff with questions. You will cross train on programs, handle title and collateral tasks, and support performance goals.

This full-time on-site role offers Monday–Friday schedules, with a target compensation of $20.50–$21.00 per hour. Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year in financial services and solid customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of related experience in financial institutions preferred.
• Prior customer service experience
• Basic PC skills

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand all aspects of the Title Tracking Program and the Collateral Protection Program
• Provide phone coverage for the Loan Services Department to assist the Information Center, Branches, various departments, and members
• Process service requests and reports within established service levels
• Prepare title packages and related collateral documents
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to policies and regulations
• Meet or exceed performance goals and complete tasks within timeframes
