Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify members' financial needs and educate on products/services to meet sales goals.
• Open memberships, accounts and loans using guidelines; conduct Notary Public services.
• Process loan requests; verify conditions and documents for closings.
• Balance teller transactions and assist with end-of-day procedures, Instant Issuance and ATM balancing.
• Audit membership applications, account maintenance forms and loan files.
• Follow DCU policies to minimize fraud and losses.
• Provide coverage across DCU areas as needed.
• Suggest efficiency and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
