Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Collateral Risk Analyst II to provide operational, workflow, and vendor management support for valuation and environmental risk programs. The role coordinates appraisal, environmental, and due diligence assignments, supports vendor panel administration, and monitors workflow to meet policy and regulatory standards.

The position emphasizes coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, maintaining documentation, and generating periodic vendor management reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, appraisal operations, collateral risk, vendor management, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appraisal, evaluation, environmental, and related due diligence assignments.
• Support vendor panel administration, onboarding, credential verification, and tracking.
• Monitor workflow activities and ensure compliance with policies and service standards.
• Build partnerships with appraisers, environmental professionals, and other vendors; prepare periodic vendor reports.
