Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Collateral Project Manager in Charlotte, NC, working in a hybrid environment to oversee two to three medium-sized collateral-focused projects for a financial client.

You will coordinate with Operations, Technology, and Senior Management, manage project initiation through delivery, and identify risks while proposing practical solutions. Prior Collateral/ Treasury Clearing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in collateral, Treasury Clearing, and Confirmation is advantageous.
• Experience with collateral management applications/systems is required.

Collateral Project ManagerLocation: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Collateral Project Manager for an operations team that supports a finnancial client. This role focuses on collateral management projects. The project manager will interact with Operations, Technology, and Senior Management, taking ownership of two to three medium-sized projects, primarily centered on US Treasury Clearing work. Administrative functions may also be required to assist with housekeeping across the portfolio.

• Manage and track projects from initiation to completion.
• Support Corporate Investment products within the collateral management domain.
• Work independently, executing on projects with minimal supervision.
• Identify project gaps, elevate risks, and provide solutions.
• Interact with Operations, Technology, and Senior Management.
• Assist with administrative functions as needed.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5-10 years of total professional experience, with a preference for more project management experience than line-of-business roles. Experience in collateral, Treasury Clearing, and Confirmation is advantageous.

Technical Skills: Experience with Collateral Management applications/systems such as Colline or Vermeg is required. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel is also necessary.
