Leoforce in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Operations Analyst (Margin/Collateral) to manage daily margin movements, maintain collateral systems, and reconcile cash positions. The role involves interfacing with counterparties, running regulatory reporting, and implementing system enhancements using tools like Alteryx, Power BI, and Excel.

• Undergraduate degree.
• 2 years minimum of relevant Investment Operations experience.
• Knowledge of Collateral Management preferred but not required.
• Strong background in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, macros).
• Intermediate experience in Power BI, Alteryx, or Python.
• Experience with Geneva, Collateral Management Systems, VBA, SQL is a plus.
• Must be a team collaborator, take ownership, and communicate well.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily margin movements for derivatives, repos, and prime brokerage.
• Maintain collateral management system to meet control policies.
• Book cash movements to meet obligations and return excess to funds.
• Set up and maintain collateral reference data.
• Reconcile cash collateral positions daily and investigate breaks.
• Oversee offshore collateral team for daily processing deliverables.
• Interface with counterparties and maintain account relationships.
• Test and implement cash and collateral system enhancements.
• Automate manual processes using AI/workflow tools (e.g., Alteryx).
• Analyze data and operational risk; build controls to mitigate risk.
• Review regulatory metrics (UMR) and onboard ISDA funds.
• Support cleared/bilateral derivatives transaction processing.
