Leoforce in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a mid-level Collateral & Margin Operations Analyst to support margin and collateral for derivatives and financing activity. You will manage daily collateral, settle margin calls, and help modernize workflows.

The role requires 2+ years in collateral or margin operations, a finance-related bachelor’s, advanced Excel, and familiarity with Alteryx, Python, SQL, VBA or Power BI; knowledge of Acadia, CloudMargin, Calypso, Advent Geneva or Bloomberg is a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years in collateral or margin operations, handling margin calls on derivatives, repos or related products.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data science or similar.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Alteryx, Python, SQL, VBA or Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Agree, dispute and settle daily margin calls on derivatives, repos and prime brokerage accounts.
• Book cash movements and reconcile cash collateral positions daily.
• Maintain collateral reference data and test system enhancements.
• Support ISDA onboarding and initial margin metrics.
• Oversee offshore collateral team deliverables and interact with counterparties and custodians.
• Identify manual workflows and automate them with Alteryx, Python, or SQL.
