Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Lending Services Processor to handle collateral lien releases for consumer and commercial loans. You will prepare lien release documents for real estate, vehicle titles, UCC filings, stock certificates, and savings accounts while upholding quality and strong customer service.

You will collaborate with the Release and Lien Perfection team, manage communications with recording offices, and ensure accurate document placement in ARX imaging systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2–5 years in lending or related field.
• College degree with loan experience preferred but not required.
• General banking knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare collateral lien release documents within SLA.
• Process Consumer and Commercial loan reports including paid & legacy releases.
• Communicate with recording clerks and third-party vendors.
• Ensure lien releases are accurately recorded and compliant with policy.
• Maintain high level of customer service for internal/external customers.
