First Horizon Bank is seeking a Lending Services Processor to handle collateral lien releases for consumer and commercial loans. You will prepare lien release documents for real estate, vehicle titles, UCC filings, stock certificates, and savings accounts while upholding quality and strong customer service.
You will collaborate with the Release and Lien Perfection team, manage communications with recording offices, and ensure accurate document placement in ARX imaging systems.

The Lending Services Processor is responsible for processing collateral lien release tasks for consumer and commercial loans. The processor prepares lien release documents for various types of collateral including real estate, vehicle titles, UCC filings, stock certificates and saving/CD accounts. The Collateral Lien Release Processor demonstrates high standards for quality, quantity and a high concentration level for protecting the loan assets of the bank. This position will support the Collateral Release and Lien Perfection Team. The Processor also demonstrates a high level of customer service with internal and external customers.

Areas of responsibility include:
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
High school diploma with 2 – 5 years of experience in lending or related field required. College degree with Loan - Consumer and/or Commercial experience, or experience working with or identifying loan documents preferred but not required.
Knowledge - General banking products or lending knowledge
Skills – Strong written and verbal communications skills; Teamwork/Teambuilding skills; General office skills including: typing, filing (alphabetically and numerically), and applicable technology (ARX, ALS, FDR, Hogan, etc.); High attention to detail and concentrate on work in spite of distractions; Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); Strong organizational and prioritization skills are needed
