Finance of America Reverse in Tulsa is seeking an administrative professional to handle accurate processing, organization, scanning, and tracking of collateral and lender documents. You will prepare and deliver documents to funders and maintain precise records daily, coordinating with Funding and Purchasing teams.
The role is on-site in Tulsa, with emphasis on meeting deadlines, following procedures, and ensuring confidentiality while supporting multiple teams.

Responsible for accurate and timely processing, organization, scanning, and tracking of original collateral and lender documentation. Ensures required documents are properly prepared and delivered to assigned funders while maintaining accurate records of all original collateral items. Works closely with the Funding and Purchasing teams to keep documentation organized and ensure daily collateral requirements are completed accurately and on time. This is an on-site, in-office position in the FoA Tulsa location.
The base salary range for this position is ($34,200 - $42,800) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
