Job summary

Baisch Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Structural Designer to join our team. You will create steel and concrete construction drawing sets using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary group to deliver coordinated projects.

Travel to project sites for field measurements, mentor junior designers, and help implement BIM modeling protocols while staying on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Experience creating steel and concrete construction drawings.
• Ability to develop plans supporting code and OSHA requirements.
• Experience with BIM modeling protocols.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Create steel and concrete construction drawing sets using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Develop plans and details supporting architectural concerns, codes, and OSHA requirements.
• Implement BIM Modeling protocols to stay on the leading edge of technology.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated projects on schedule and budget.
• Mentor and provide leadership to other designers and drafters.
• Travel to project sites for field work and measurements.
