Job summary

Baisch Engineering is seeking a Structural Designer to create steel and concrete construction drawing sets using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks on a range of industrial projects. You will develop plans to support building code and OSHA requirements, and implement BIM protocols with an interdisciplinary team.

You will mentor other designers, travel to project sites for field measurements, and help ensure projects stay on schedule and budget in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Develop plans and details to support architectural concerns, building code, and OSHA requirements for building structures.
• Implement BIM Modeling protocols that keep us on the leading edge of technology.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to generate coordinated projects that stay on schedule and budget.
• Mentor and provide progressively greater leadership to other designers and drafters.
• Travel to project sites within the pulp and paper industry and other industries to perform field work and take field measurements.

Responsibilities
