Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in Cayuga, NY is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide individualized treatment across inpatient, outpatient, ALC, and Skilled Nursing settings. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and report to the Clinical Coordinator of Rehabilitative Services.

The role requires a graduate of an accredited SLP program, NYS license eligibility, ASHA CCC eligibility, and BLS within 90 days. 1–2 years hospital experience preferred. Excellent benefits await.

• Accurate documentation of evaluations and plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans based on physician prescriptions.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and required reports.
• Communicate with physicians regarding patient progress.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate and guide patients, families, and caregivers.
• Mentor and direct support staff involved in patient care.
