Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure student safety and well-being.
• Implement Windham Board of Education policies, rules and directives.
• Help manage classroom and student behavior to support learning.
• Maintain accurate records as required.
• Assess student learning and identify needs for intervention.

• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Assist in designing instruction for diverse learners in small groups.
• Foster a positive learning environment and open communication.
• Promote ethical student behavior and positive school community image.
• Comply with CT DOE standards for School Social Work Practice.
