Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s Degree from a two-year college or technical school.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy interventions based upon the plan of care written by a physical therapist for the patient’s age and condition.
• Completes documentation to comply with department, hospital, and regulatory standards.
• Participates in departmental initiatives for operational improvement including mentoring new staff and participating in committees and educational offerings.
• Performs all other duties as assigned or required.
