Adventist Health Columbia Gorge in The Dalles, Oregon, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. You will evaluate patients and develop treatment plans, document progress, and supervise assistants to meet department goals.

The role requires a DPT, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification, with a preference for 2 years of PT experience. This on-site position offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment in a scenic community.

Qualifications

• DPT required; license must be obtained before or after Jan 2016 per policy, or foreign equivalent.
• Two years' PT experience preferred.
• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice is required.
• CPR or BLS certification is required per AH policy; BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Completes evaluations to assess and address patient needs; develops individualized treatment plans.
• Provides therapy interventions using approved protocols and adjusts plans as needed.
• Completes comprehensive and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
