Adventist Health Columbia Gorge is seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our The Dalles-based team. The role involves evaluating patients, planning and delivering physical therapy interventions, and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary group to improve functional outcomes.

The position requires a DPT, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and typically favors candidates with two years of PT experience.

Formación

• DPT degree required; license obtained on or after January 2016 or foreign equivalent.
• Two years' Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas requiring attention.
• Establishes individualized treatment plans and uses appropriate clinical techniques.
• Provides therapy interventions using established protocols.
• Maintains comprehensive clinical documentation and communicates discharge plans to involved parties.
