Ampersand Therapy is seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to support Pre-K and Kindergarten students in a collaborative setting in Anniston, AL. You will lead IEP-driven instruction and work with general education and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress.

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications.
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate data, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families.
• Differentiate instruction based on individual developmental and educational needs.
