Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistants to join our dynamic team. Qualifications

• Experience in occupational therapy settings or internships.
• Ability to communicate treatment plans effectively to patients.
• Experience documenting patient progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.
• Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with the Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
