Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and pay client bills accurately and on time using QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns as needed.
• Export and analyze data in Excel for reporting purposes.
• Communicate with banks and external parties regarding financial information.
• Assist with additional bookkeeping and accounting projects as assigned.
