Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Collaboration Administrator for the Power Platform in Irving, TX. The role focuses on administering Power Platform components, establishing governance, and ensuring secure, scalable deployments across environments.

The candidate will guide Lifecycles, provide support to Makers and teams, review architecture for security and performance, and collaborate with IT and business units to plan future capabilities and licensing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supporting or administering Microsoft Power Platform or similar enterprise tech.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, governance, security, and platform administration.
• Knowledge of lifecycle management, deployment practices, access controls, data protection, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, environments, connectors, gateways, security, and capacity.

• Support application lifecycle management: solution packaging, testing, deployment, release controls, and production support.

• Review solutions for architecture, security, integrations, data handling, performance, and deployment readiness.
• Support integrations with Microsoft 365 and related enterprise technologies.
• Monitor platform health, usage, capacity, risks, and failures; maintain documentation.
• Develop templates, training, standards, and best practices for citizen development.
• Partner with technical and business teams to evaluate capabilities, licensing, and roadmap needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting or administering Microsoft Power Platform or similar enterprise technologies
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, governance, security, and platform administration
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management, deployment practices, access controls, data protection, and enterprise integrations
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related technologies
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development, security, infrastructure, data, and business teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
