Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist to serve as Collaborating Physician for PMHNPs and provide direct psychiatric care part-time. This role blends leadership with clinical duties in a nationwide telepsychiatry-enabled model.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Psychiatry residency training.
• Board Certification in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active and unrestricted medical license in multiple states, or willingness to obtain multi-state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years post-residency experience, with supervisory or collaborative PMHNP experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and support to PMHNPs in accordance with state laws and psychiatric board regulations.
• Participate in chart reviews, case consultations, and quality assurance activities.
• Support PMHNPs in complex evaluations, differential diagnoses, and treatment planning as needed.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements for NP supervision.
• Contribute to clinical education and policy development.
