Responsibilities
  • Lead your team to meet all sales objectives
  • Coach each sales professional to excel in their position
  • Guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
  • Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs using current inventory sheets
  • Assist customers in completing their sales applications
  • Help increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles and reporting issues to the General Manager
  • Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards
  • Suggest optional equipment for customers to purchase
  • Communicate sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discounts
  • Complete necessary dealership and manufacturer paperwork for vehicle sales
  • Research model availability and options
  • Engage in business development activities
  • Address customer concerns effectively
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer rules and regulations
