Sales Manager

The Bill Cole Automall in Bluefield, WV is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The applicant must be a self-motivated professional with proven ability to deliver customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Lead your team to meet all sales objectives
  • Coach each sales professional to excel in their position
  • Guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
  • Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory sheets
  • Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
  • Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles and reporting any problems to the General Manager
  • Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards
  • Suggest optional equipment for customers to purchase
  • Communicate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
  • Complete necessary Dealership and Manufacturer paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
  • Research availability of models and options equipment
  • Engage in business development
  • Address customer concerns
  • Follow Dealership and Manufacturer rules and regulations
