Job summary

RealCold is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Oregon to direct daily warehouse operations, ensure safety and quality, and supervise storage and distribution. The role is salary-based and exempt, with a focus on building a positive team culture and meeting customer schedules.

You will recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate staff; plan production schedules; manage inventory control; and coordinate resources to keep operations efficient in a cold-storage setting.

Qualifications

• Must have distribution/warehouse experience.
• Experience supervising a warehouse team is preferred.
• Proficient in operating standard warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Promote aSafety culture throughout the facility and prioritize safe work practices.
• Supervise warehouse team, including recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Schedule inventory control team and approve time sheets for payroll.
• Coordinate daily task assignments and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and drive efficiency across warehouse operations.
