Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join our team in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on maintaining safety and a positive, can-do attitude while performing typical warehouse tasks.

The position offers a base wage of $17.50 per hour with a $0.50 shift differential, a Sunday-to-Wednesday schedule, and a benefits package including PTO, health, dental, vision, life, 401K, and a boot allowance after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reading and following directions required.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible to work overtime and schedule.
• Able to work in non-climate-controlled conditions.

Responsibilities

• Mop, sweep, scrub, and vacuum surfaces daily.
• Empty trash and operate trash compactor when applicable.
• Pull pallets and clean product bays on rotation.
• Clean spills per food safety standards and determine disposal or resale.
• Clean warehouse areas and offices, including break rooms and restrooms.
• Operate warehouse management system to scan products and use forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.
