Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience.
• Certification and/or License – may require forklift, walk behind jack, or other related work certifications.
• Able to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse/cooler team.
• Able to perform accurate basic math computations and inventory counts.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing (including legible writing).
• Able to perform routine machine adjustments.
• Able to adapt to changing situations and perform tasks as assigned.
• Able to follow directions.
• Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to perform tasks and duties without constant supervision.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, store, move, and distribute items within a warehouse or cooler/refrigerated environment.
• Unload and load trucks, trailers, cases, pallets, stacks.
• Read production schedules and orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Record received and shipped items and maintain inventories using computer systems.
• Sort, store, and rotate stock in racks, shelves, or bins.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipping and loading.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and report issues to supervisor.
• Operate a forklift as needed and follow safety procedures.
