Job summary

Dairy Challenge is seeking Warehouse/Cooler Operators in Lubbock, TX to perform loading, unloading, inventory, and order fulfillment in a refrigerated environment.

You will read production and shipping orders, record transactions, conduct cycle counts, and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace under DFA GMPs. English literacy and teamwork are required; forklift certification may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Able to read and follow written instructions.
• Able to work in a team and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks and pallets.
• Receive, store, and distribute items in a cooler environment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Use computer to scan and enter inventories.
• Keep area clean and safe per DFA GMPs.
• Prepare customer orders for shipping.
