Job summary

dfa is seeking a motivated warehouse associate to perform varied tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will receive, process, store, move, and distribute items within the warehouse or cooler, unload/load trucks, and maintain accurate records and inventory counts.

Work is performed in defined procedures with emphasis on safety and teamwork. The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities where applicable.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of warehouse, distribution, or related experience.
Forklift certification may be required.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform warehousing tasks: receive, process, store, move, and distribute items within a warehouse or cooler/refrigerated environment.
Unload and load trucks, trailers, cases, pallets, stacks.
Read production schedules, orders, and shipping documents to determine items to move or distribute.
Move materials between receiving/production areas and storage or other designated areas by hand or with hand trucks or electric hand trucks.
Record received and shipped items and maintain accurate inventory records.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment; follow defined processes and tasks.
